Just wow ! look like you used a graduated ND filter ^^
What is the material your using for doing your shoot ? do you use lightroom for your color correction or physical filter ?

so, you use PS, camera raw maybe ?

Camera raw is an awesome soft don't you think so ? a lot of good feature to make your photo look awesome :p, even a crappy photo can be turned to an awesome and esthetic's :D

I like the snow and bokeh
You can use the lens blur to make bokeh ;)
